Welcome to cybersecuritycloud.com(together with its subdomains, content, marks, and services, the “Site”).Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using this Site so thatyou are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to CyberSecurity Cloud, Inc. (“Cyber Security Cloud”, “we”, “our” or “us”). Byaccessing or using the Site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you areentering a legal agreement with us and have understood and agree to complywith, and be legally bound by, these Terms of Use, together with the PrivacyPolicy (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please donot access or use the Site.

  1. Background. The Site is intended to provide information about     Cyber Security Cloud, our services, and products.
  2. Modification.     We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any     time. Such change will be effective ten (10) days following the posting of     the revised Terms on the Site, and your continued use of the Site     thereafter means that you accept those changes.
  3. Ability to     Accept Terms. The Site is only intended for individuals aged thirteen (13)     years or older. If you are under 13 years, please do not visit or use the     Site. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must review these     Terms with your parent or guardian.

All materials, user submissions,     and marks on the Site are owned by Cyber Security Cloud or its licensors.     All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 7.2. Use of Content. You     may use the content for personal informational purposes only. Any other     use requires our prior written consent.
  8. Information     Description. We strive to provide accurate content, but we do not     guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Use of the Site and its content is     at your own risk.

  15. Term and     Termination. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us.     We may terminate your access at any time without notice. Upon termination,     you must cease all use of the Site.
  16. Independent     Contractors. You and Cyber Security Cloud are independent contractors.     Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership or employment relationship.
  17. Assignment.     These Terms and any rights granted may not be assigned by you but may be     assigned by us without restriction.
  18. Governing     Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado,     without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the     jurisdiction of Colorado courts.
